Conveyor Chains

Steel Plastic Link Conveyor Chains
Produced in different widths with 38,1mm and 25,4 mm pitches. Following physical characteristics and specifications should be taken into consideration for selection and replacement of respective chains:
  • Hinge structure ( mono or double hinged)
  • Being planar or rotational

Modular Plastic Conveyor Chains

Modular belts with pitches of 1/2", 1", 3/4", 1.1/4" and 2" are available. Following physical characteristics and specifications should be taken into consideration for selection and replacement of respective chains:
  • Surface structure ( fully enclosed, raised rib etc. )
  • Thickness
  • Being planar or rotational

Conveyor Components

These are the materials used to perform lateral guiding, leg construction, chain/belt lower and upper guiding apart from the chassis assembly constituting the conveyor.

System Plast produces neck and chain guides, corner turning pieces from Nolu-S material and conveyor chains and modular belts from NG material and these products provide significant advantages to the manufacturers.
