Centralized control unit of the system enables lubrication of all lines up to 50 meters of radius. The lubricant is applied on each line and conveyor in a controlled manner.

Central unit enables lubricating overhead PET bottle lines using dry lubricant.

TIt is completely maintenance free and the lubricant is directly applied on the plastic conveyor chain/ belt. Therefore, it prevents waste of lubricant like the case in other systems.

DLS-5000 and DLAC CHP MicroDry™ lubrication equipment operate with DLT-333 dry lubricant that is compatible with food processing industry.

Abovementioned CHP MicroDry™ system and DLT-333 dry lubricant is approved by Krones, KHS, Sidel, Tetrapak, SIG Combiblock and Alliance Industrial.

The product also helps conveyor cleaning (CIP) together with lubrication to meet an actual requirement in packing and bottling industry. This new system enables lubricating chain/belt, lower/upper surface and cleaning inner and exterior parts of the conveyor with one single compact product.
